YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cooperating closely with our sales team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Supporting and educating our customers in the implementation of our software and new product features
  • Supporting customers throughout all phases of the lifecycle to thrive feature adoption
  • Collecting customer feedback to share with the product team to improve our product continuously‍

YOUR PROFILE

  • First experiences in Customer Support, Account Management, Relationship Management or a similar role
  • First experience in working with Ads Managers (Facebook, Google, Tiktok) is a big plus
  • A friendly appearance and a very solution- and customer-oriented way of working
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, SaaS and digital marketing
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Team-oriented with high commitment
  • Fluent in English and German
