HR Lead

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will build and lead the HR-Department from scratch
• You will be working closely with the founder team to translate business needs into people initiatives
• You will participate in setting-up and be responsible to execute on our hiring roadmap
• You will be working closely with the founder team on capacity-planning and will be resonsible for initiating hiring-projects based on business-goals, seasonality and expansion-plans
• You will be in charge of our onboarding-processes, employee-enablement andemployee-development
• You will be in charge of people experience and company culture and act as a trusted advisor for the management team
• You are “the point-of-contact” for HR matters for our growing team

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring 3+ years of experience in the HR environment, ideally in a fast-growing start-up/scale-up or a similarly challenging work environment with leadership experience
• You convince with your profound understanding of all people management disciplines, i.e. recruitment, employee relations, talent & performance management, organizational development, HR strategy, employer branding, labor law & compliance
• You are experienced in designing and implementing HR processes
• You are convincing with your process- and data-driven working style
• You have a passion for building high-performance teams
• You are sociable, hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and open-minded
• You have excellent German and English skills and a very high standard of service and operational excellence
